OGF CONGRATULATES ALAAFIN ON 49TH CORONATION ANNIVERSARY

Oyo Global Forum, an umbrella body of Oyo professionals, home and abroad, is using this August occasion to congratulate our father, the Imperial Majesty, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, the Alaafin of Oyo on the 49th anniversary of his ascendance to the throne of his forefathers.

While we commend his exemplary leadership and his steadfastness in safeguarding and preserving the Yoruba cultural heritage through his sojourn on the throne, we challenge him to continue to use his good office for economic, political and social-cultural development of Oyo town and her people.

It is our prayer that baba grows from strength to strength, wisdom to wisdom and live long in sound health to witness the all-round development of Oyo town.
